What is the Best Time of Year to Get New Bookkeeping Clients?

What time of year is the easiest to get new bookkeeping clients? Right now (springtime)! I have found a HUGE influx of new client inquiries leading up to tax day. I assume this is because a lot of entrepreneurs realize that their books are a mess and they aren't ready to file taxes--so they are seeking help from a bookkeeper.
