Year-End Tasks for Bookkeepers

How to do year end bookkeeping for your clients. This can also be called "closing" the year as a bookkeeper. I broke this into payroll tasks, regular tasks and annual tasks. The payroll tasks include sending 1099s and Ws, among other things. The regular tasks are things I'm always doing like reconciling and following up on invoices. The annual tasks include depreciation, special deductions and possible audits.
